  4. Supervision is more of an art vesrus a job. It’s a artform with the combination of grace, formality, firmness, and laughter. Some of the hats that have to be worn include coach, police chief, mom/dad, advocate, and grandma (for that warm hug you need after you recieved an ass-kicking.)
